Pricing and Monthly Service
*Total minimum cost over first 12 months is $2,061.
This cost includes your site design fee and 12 months of a standard Customer Care Plan. If a higher plan is chosen, cost will increase accordingly.
Pricing does not include any domain names, email, copywriting, or content creation. New websites require the creation of new pages and this is also not covered in the pricing.
We will host the website for at least 12 months; and we’ll be caring for the website via updates, maintenance and backups for at least 12 months.
If you decide to cancel after the first 12 months, you are responsible for updates, maintenance, software licenses, backups and anything else we include and do for you as part of our Customer Care plans.
Customer Care Plans are only for WordPress sites. SSL certificates are included for sites hosted on our managed hosting plan. If hosted elsewhere, SSL certificates fees apply. Complimentary website hosting is on Flywheel managed website hosting. Prices are subject to change. Please contact us for further details.
We will host your site files up to 10GB. If you need more than 10GB, you may be required to pay a little more in hosting costs. We’ll negotiate this with you if it comes to it. Clarity Calls (Phone Support) for Premium and Elite plans reset each month and do not roll over.
**Consulting time can be used for content changes, questions, or other website tasks. Consulting time does not rollover.
Site updates included are for “small tasks” (changes that take less than 30 minutes to complete).
“Medium tasks” (30 minutes or more) & “large tasks” are available, but require a quote and will be discounted based on your plan.
“Unlimited support tasks” (available on Premium and Elite plans), include any “small task” that takes us less than 30 minutes to complete and typically covers things like adding a testimonials section, content updates, plugin research and setup, theme or stylesheet changes, embedding third-party scripts, configuring contact forms, or general WordPress questions, but don’t include data entry or content writing.
These tasks do not cover advanced features such as a complete online shop or membership section.
Support, troubleshooting, etc for anything (themes, components, plugins, etc) outside the initial CLK Media P.U.L.S.E. Formula Kit™ website package will be covered under your chosen plan’s allowances. All else will incur additional cost.
If anything we make for you as part of the CLK Media P.U.L.S.E. Formula Kit™ package breaks, we’ll fix it for you, and if it can’t be fixed, we’ll come up with an alternative solution for you.
*** CLK Media holds developer licenses to premium plugin software that we make available to our clients. We agree to update, replace and renew software licenses for those components included in the CLK Media package as long as you’re a paying customer of a CLK Media Customer Care Plan.
If you opt out of our CCP membership, the cost of all software licenses and hosting will be transferred to you to renew yourself.
All licenses you buy specifically for your site are your responsibility.

All new CLK Media clients will receive a proposal including full terms and conditions appropriate to their engagement with us.
